Quantity vs Quality services

Provocative replies to this post welcome ! Transitions London only registers 30 new candidates each year. We put in intensive services and 55% of candidates find professional jobs as a result. Getting skilled people out of longterm inactivity. Quality not quantity. Could this be an approach that more recruiters & organisations could follow? Instead of only placing the mainstream, familiar ‘low hanging fruit’ candidates, providing equitable services to all candidates and making the market-place more diverse and vibrant as a result. Discuss!
